Along with scheduling these tradespeople, there are the administrative tasks required to properly get the job done! Including: getting building permits, inspections, and securing insurance for all workers. General contractors remove the stress of working our confusing work schedules or applying for the correct permits.

As a General Contractor, Caliber Construction:

  • Maintain Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Board (WCB) coverage for all workers on site should anything go wrong
  • Provide a Warranty period, depending on the scope of work.

COR is the national standard in safety recognition.

The goal is to reduce incidents and their associated human and financial costs. COR certification is now required. As a pre-qualification and/or condition of a contract.
